HerO leaves Team Liquid

Cooperation between Song „HerO” Hyeon Deok and Team Liquid, after nearly 5 years, has come to an end. According to a statement published by Liquid, both sides haven’t reached an agreement in terms of a new contract.

Changes introduced to the StarCraft II scene, which make it harder for Koreans to compete in Europe or North America, are the main reason to end the cooperation between HerO and Liquid. The Korean player has achieved his biggest successes in international tournaments, not Korean ones.
